This is a completely customized product. There is no refund policy in place in case you dont like it. I will make sure every produkt will be checked for errors before shipping. However if i make an mistake and send for example a sleeve with a wrong internal length i will replace the sleeve.
 

The product will be shipped in a neutral package. Inside Germany shipping is done by DHL. For Europe and worldwide i use UPS in 95% of the cases. Only if UPS has problems i take a different shipping company.
